Lightly Roasted Criollo Cacao Nibs
Experience the rich, nutty and complexly fruity flavours of our Lightly Roasted Criollo cacao Nibs from the Peruvian Amazon, made with rare Criollo cacao beans, prized for their superior flavour and quality. Perfect for drinking, baking, or adding depth to recipes.
We now offer two options 100% Raw or Gently Roasted Ceremonial Cacao Nibs. Some people prefer raw to retain optimum nutrients, whilst others prefer the rounded, deeper flavours of lightly roasted.
The raw nibs flavour notes are lighter, brighter and sharper with tropical fruit notes followed by unmistakable criollo complexity.
With the gently roasted you enjoy deeper smoother, nutty flavours with citrus and blackcurrant, followed by a deeper, richer criollo chocolatey finish.
Why not try both and compare notes?

Sustainably Sourced from the Peruvian Amazon
Our certified organic ceremonial cacao is grown using agroforestry methods, supporting biodiversity and local communities while preserving the environment.
The Bean – Criollo: The King of Cacao
Our cacao is single variety, single origin, made using 100% Criollo beans, a variety known for its nutty, fruity, and vibrant flavour.
Lightly Roasted Criollo Cacao Nibs Flavour
Enjoy rich, nutty, berries and citrus with a long, soft chocolatey finish. Perfect for snacking, adding to smoothies, sprinkling on porridge, muslei or yoghurt or baking into brownies and muffins.
Nutrient-Rich Superfood
Raw Cacao is naturally rich in antioxidants, minerals, and compounds such as theobromine and phenylethylamine (PEA). Our minimally processed cacao preserves more nutrients than beans that are highly roasted or Dutch-processed. No additives, emulsifiers, or vanilla are added.
100% Pure & Natural
No preservatives, no additives, just lightly roasted organic ceremonial grade cacao nibs from the Peruvian Amazon.
