We now offer two options 100% Raw or Gently Roasted Ceremonial Cacao Nibs.  Some people prefer raw to retain optimum nutrients, whilst others prefer the rounded, deeper flavour of lightly roasted.

The raw version flavour notes are lighter, brighter and sharper with tropical fruit notes followed by unmistakable criollo complexity.

With the (very) lightly roasted ceremonial cacao you get deeper smoother, nutty flavours with citrus and blackcurrant, followed by a deeper, richer criollo chocolate finish.
