We now offer two options 100% Raw or Gently Roasted Ceremonial Cacao.  Some people prefer raw to retain optimum nutrients, whilst others prefer the rounded, deeper flavour of lightly roasted.

The raw version flavour notes are lighter, brighter and sharper with tropical fruit notes followed by unmistakeble criollo complexity.

With the (very) lightly roasted ceremonial cacao you get deeper smoother nutty flavours with citrus and blackcurrent, followed by a deeper, richer criollo chocolate finish.

Our cacao is single variety, single origin, made using 100% Criollo beans variety, it is not blended with other varieties known for their nutty, fruity, and vibrant flavor. Criollo is celebrated for its smooth, luxurious finish, making it ideal for high-quality hot chocolate, ceremonial drinks, or gourmet recipes.

Nutrient-Rich Superfood
Raw Cacao is naturally rich in antioxidants, minerals, and compounds such as theobromine and phenylethylamine (PEA). Our minimally processed cacao preserves more nutrients than beans that are highly roasted or Dutch-processed. No additives, emulsifiers, or vanilla are added.

Ceremonial Grade Cacao
Ideal for ceremonial use or everyday enjoyment. Works well with hot water, plant-based milk, or dairy milk. Adjust the amount for taste: 20g for daily drinks, 40-50g for a ceremonial-style serving.
